Lerach Coughlin has submitted the credentials of Dr. Kenneth A. Ballard (of CTA) to the Court for certification as its expert witness in the area of radio wave propagation and coverage. In his work on this case, Dr. Ballard has developed an expert report on propagation and coverage modeling and measurements. He has reviewed expert reports prepared for the Defendants, deposition records and other evidentiary documentation. He has advised the legal team for the Plaintiffs on technical points, as required, and is currently preparing for his own deposition, scheduled for November 2004. Dr. Ballard will be prepared to offer expert testimony in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County when the case comes to trial, which is expected sometime in early 2005. References: |
